What does Manaki olive oil taste like?

Manaki olive oil is known for its mild, elegant profile and exceptional balance. It has a smooth, delicate texture with light fruity notes, often reminiscent of fresh apple or almond, and very low bitterness and pungency.

Compared to Koroneiki olive oil, which is the most widely known Greek variety, Manaki is softer and more rounded, while Koroneiki tends to be more intense, with a pronounced bitterness and a peppery finish.

Because of its gentle and refined character, Manaki olive oil is especially versatile. It works beautifully in fresh salads, in everyday cooking where it won’t overpower other ingredients, and as a finishing touch that enhances rather than dominates a dish.

Where is your olive oil produced?

Our olives are grown and harvested in Agios Konstantinos Troizina Greece, a region with ideal climate and soil conditions for high quality olive oil production. Everything is done with care, from cultivation to extraction

What makes your olive oil special?

Our olive oil is made exclusively from the Manaki variety, grown on our family farm in Agios Konstantinos, Troizina, Greece. It is a truly family-produced product, rooted in generations of care and dedication. The olive trees were first cultivated by our grandfather and later tended by our father, both of whom devoted themselves to producing olive oil of the highest quality.

Our groves are located on the mountain, where the terrain makes harvesting more demanding, but also more rewarding. Surrounded by wild herbs and natural vegetation, the trees develop a distinctive character that is reflected in the oil’s unique aroma and flavor.

Every bottle is the result of this heritage, combining tradition, hard work, and a deep respect for the land.

Is your olive oil extra virgin and cold-extracted?

Yes, our olive oil is 100% extra virgin and produced using cold extraction methods. This means it is obtained without the use of chemicals and at low temperatures, preserving its natural antioxidants, aroma, and nutritional value. It also meets strict quality standards for acidity and overall flavor, ensuring a pure and high-quality product.

How should I store olive oil?

To preserve its quality, olive oil should be kept in a cool, dark place, away from heat and direct sunlight. Always make sure the container is properly sealed after each use to protect its freshness.

Our olive oil is packaged in tins, which naturally shield it from light and air, helping maintain its flavor and nutritional value. Once opened, be sure to close the tin securely and ideally consume the oil within a few months for the best taste.

Refrigeration is not recommended, as low temperatures can cause the oil to become cloudy and may affect its aroma and overall character.
